Mattel Films' First Animated Theatrical Feature Film, "Bob the Builder," Set in Puerto Rico

Mattel Films, Shadow Machine, Jennifer Lopez's Nuyorican Productions, and actor/producer Anthony Ramos are set to produce the animated feature "Bob the Builder," based on the long-running children's television series.

"Bob the Builder" will be the first feature-length animated feature produced by Mattel Films, which is riding high on the success of the "Barbie" films. American Girl," "Barney," "Hot Wheels," "Magic 8 Ball," "Major Matt Mason," "Masters of the Universe," "Matchbox," "Polly Pocket," "Rock' Em Sock' Em Robots," "Thomas the Tank Engine, UNO," "View-Master," and "Wishbone," joining other projects under development by Mattel. Mattel Films is also developing "Christmas Balloon," a holiday family drama based on an entirely new IP.
