The Ball Pit, by Kyle Mowat.

Today, as part of the Cartoon Brew Student Animation Festival, we present "Ballpit," directed by Kyle Mowat of Sheridan College, Canada. What begins as a pure abstraction gradually reveals itself to be a story of evolution. The film can be dissected, but the overall effect is what makes this film so unforgettable. The Ball Pit is a feast for the eyes and a visual surprise at every turn. The disorder of color, the pattern of shapes, the rhythm of movement ...... It is the joyous potential of animation condensed into 90 seconds.
