Twentieth Century Studios today released a new trailer for "Bob's Burgers Movie," which provides a more detailed look at the Belcher family's transition to the big screen.

As seen in many episodes of the show, the trailer shows the Belcher family hitting a financial wall, with Bob groaning despondently at the dinner table about the grim prospects facing the family's burger store and attached apartment.

After an ominous scene at the bank and plenty of attempts on Linda's behalf to improve Bob's mood, things go from bad to much worse when a water pipe explodes down the street in front of the restaurant, creating a massive sinkhole.

Bob's Burger Movie is directed by series creator Lauren Bouchard (Home Movies, Central Park) along with series director Bernard Deliman from a script by Bouchard and series writer Nora Smith. The trailer features many of the series regulars: Teddy, Mort, Mr. Fishorder, Jimmy Jr.

Produced by Disney's 20th Century Studios. Animation production is led from the U.S. by L.A.-based Bento Box, with productions by Yeson Entertainment in Seoul, Mercury Filmworks in Ottawa, Tonic DNA in Montreal, Lighthouse in Kilkenny, Ireland Studios in Kilkenny, Ireland, and a number of other international studios are participating in the production.

"Bob's Burgers Movie" is currently scheduled for theatrical release on May 27.
