Poster for Disney's "The Paper Man" movie

This is the poster (designed by Jeff Turley) for "Paperman," a Disney short film that is making a splash for its blend of CG and hand-drawn animation. The directorial debut of veteran CG animator John Cars ("Toy Story 2," "Tangled," "The Incredibles"), "Paperman" will debut at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival in June and will screen in front of "Wreck-It Ralph" in November for wider distribution.

Set in a minimalist black-and-white style, this short film tells the story of a lonely young man in mid-century New York. Convinced that the woman of his dreams is gone forever, he gets a second chance when he spots her in the window of a high-rise building across the boulevard from his office. With only his heart, imagination, and a bunch of papers to try to get her attention, his efforts are no match for the goddess of destiny.
