Ricard Bengtsson: "I'm not sure what it was.

First time-lapse animation by Swedish director Rickard Bengtsson. Artistic, mysterious, slightly disturbing, and overall a satisfying little work of art. Bengtsson explains: [I have long been a big fan of the music of the great composer Ludovico Einaudi, and about two years ago I found this wonderful, very unusual and mysterious track of his, which I thought I would like to share with you. I looked for it, but could not find any information about it. That made me even more curious, and right after I heard it for the first time, I knew I had to make an animation of it. I started working on it in earnest three months ago. It was my first attempt at cel animation, but it was well worth it! But it was well worth it! I worked on it between actual client projects and when I could make time. So far, I can't even tell you how many hours I've spent on it.
