Sundance 2013 Animated Short Film Selection

The Sundance Film Festival has announced the short film selections for the upcoming festival, which will be held January 17-27 in Park City, Utah. The following 10 films will be presented in the Animated Short Film Competition:

In Hanford / U.S.A. (Director/Screenplay: Chris Mars) - A heartbreaking true story of a town contaminated by the production of nuclear weapons during the Cold War, told through raw testimony and fantasy scenes that empathize with the plight of the victims.

Thank You / USA (Directors: Pendleton Ward, Tom Harp Pendleton Ward, Tom Harpich, screenwriters) A pack of fire wolves attack a snow golem in the woods and accidentally leave the wolf cub behind after retreating. The golem attempts to reunite the baby wolf with its family, but the golem's life is thrown into chaos.
