Doomed, by Guillermo García Carusi.

Natural Selection is Cruel: a series pilot by Pocoyo co-creator Guillermo García Carci. This short film was produced through El Señor, Calusi's Madrid studio. Like his earlier series Pocoyo, the world of Doomed finds virtue in restraint. A stark white background sets the stage for a parade of creatures (the cubefish says it all) of unassuming design (credit for the latter goes to animation director Txesco Montalt) that move in unexpected ways. The only embellishment is the hyperreal rendering style, a perfect whimsy in this novel approach to CGI.
