Giant Ant's "Tako Faito!

Modern samurai encounter giant tentacles. They fight. [says Vancouver-based studio Giant Ant: "Armed with a little downtime, we decided to create something for ourselves. We wanted to push our cel-animated characters in a character-driven piece, in this case a story about a dreamer in a fight to the death with a lunchbox." Cel animation has been used in most of our projects, but we have never relied on it as the sole animation method throughout our work. Octopus Fate was our chance to do just that.
