Comic-Con 2016: Passion Pictures is producing a short film about Rocket and Groot.

Yesterday at Comic-Con, Marvel unveiled an animated test of the Rocket Raccoon and Groot short series produced by Passion Pictures. This is a test for a series called "Rocket & Groot":

The short is directed by Arnaud Delorde, who is known for creating game cinematics under the name "Arnaud & Jerome" with his creative partner Jerome Combe His cinematic trailer for the game "Agents of Mayhem" was recently chosen as today's pick.

The short will air on Disney XD, although it has not been determined when it will premiere.

It was previously announced that another talented young French director duo, Hugo Bienvenu and Kevin Manac, are working on a similar Ant-Man short series for Marvel. Passion is also producing these shorts.
