Anima Fest Zagreb Announces 2019 Competition Selection

Animafest Zagreb, the second oldest animation film festival in the world, has announced the competition selections for its 2019 edition, which will take place June 3-8 in the Croatian capital.

The short films for the competition were selected from 1,800 submissions from 86 countries. The Main Competition received 870 submissions, from which 46 films were selected. The selection for the Main Competition was made by the Festival's Artistic Director, Daniel Schulzi?

An additional 47 short films were screened in the student competition, and Shulji? Finally, this year's Croatian Film Competition will consist of 20 films.
