Watch an exclusive clip of Craig McCracken's "Wander Over Yonder"

Cartoon Brew has obtained an exclusive clip from the first look broadcast of "Wonder Over Yonder" following the premiere of "Phineas and Ferb: Mission Marvel" on Friday, August 16 at 9 p.m. ET on the Disney Channel. The clip introduces Emperor Awesome and his army of fist fighters.

The galactic villain faces off against his nemesis Lord Hater for ultimate cosmic power, and all he needs is a classic battle theme song! In this exclusive clip, we see Emperor Awesome and his army of fighters rock Lord Hayter on the battlefield. The epic battle music is performed by Two Man Gentlemen Band member and series composer Andy Bean.

In the episode "Picnic," Wonder discovers the perfect place for a picnic in the sky. It is right next to Lord Hayter's epic battlefield, which makes it very difficult for Hayter to focus on his battle against his nemesis Emperor Awesome for ultimate cosmic power.

Disney Channel's new animated comedy "Wonder Over Yonder" premieres Friday, September 13 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The series stars Jack McBrayer ("30 Rock," "Wreck It Ralph") as the free-spirited Wonder, April Winchell ("Mickey Mouse Clubhouse") as Sylvia, Wonder's true stallion and best friend, Tom Kenny ("SpongeBob") as the guard dog army leader, Commander Peeper's, and Keith Ferguson ("Gravity Falls," "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends") plays the villainous Lord Hayter. Wonder Over Yonder is executive produced by two-time Emmy Award-winning animator Craig McCracken ("Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends," "Powerpuff Girls").
