DreamWorks "Turbo" Trailer: F.A.S.T. Trailer Netflix Series

If at first you don't get it right, try, try, retry. This seems to be DreamWorks' motto for Turbo. After a poor run in theaters ("Antz" and "Flushed Away" are the only DWA CGI films that have done less than this at the worldwide box office), "Turbo" will return as a TV series next month. Turbo F.A.S.T." is part of a larger content deal between DreamWorks and Netflix, and will be streamed online only.

The series will be produced by Titmouse Animation Studio, which also produced the recent car/racing-themed Disney XD series "Motorcity."

The CG-to-Flash translation appears to be well done, and the series is a good example of the kind of content that is available on Netflix. Perhaps the snail painting during the race will tickle viewers in a way that a high-speed CGI snail can't.
