Bruce Timm's new short film "Batman: Strange Days" opens next week [GALLERY

Bruce Timm has completed a new short film titled "Batman: Strange Days," which will premiere next Wednesday, April 9, on Cartoon Network as "Teen Titans Go! (5:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. CT). This black-and-white production, produced as part of this year's Batman 75th anniversary celebration, pits Batman against Dr. Hugo Strange, the classic detective comic villain who predates the Joker and Catwoman.

This is Tim's second "personal" project since stepping down as supervising producer at Warner Bros. Animation last year. The first project was a Superman 75th anniversary short he produced with "Man of Steel" director Zack Snyder.
