Ben, Again Cartoon Network Relaunches "Ben 10

Cartoon Network will return to Ben 10 with a new animated television series, 10 years after it first introduced Ben 10.

Supervising producer John Fang ("Mixel," "Generator Rex") and executive producer Man of Action Studios rewind the backstory and mythology of the child hero with alien powers for a new generation. The reboot of the multi-billion dollar merchandising Ben 10 will premiere on Cartoon Network's international channels in the fall of 2016, but will not air in the U.S. until 2017.

According to the network, all of the original characters will return, including the main character, 10-year-old Ben Tennyson, his cousin Gwen, Grandpa Max, and of course the alien Omnitrix, who gives the series its name and his signature super powers The plan is to. The idea has generated $4.5 billion in worldwide retail sales to date, and judging by this announcement, Cartoon Network does not plan to stop the Ben 10 money train anytime soon.
