With "One Piece Film Red" dominating the Japanese box office, Crunchyroll will start selling tickets in North America.

North American ticket pre-sale of "One Piece Film Red" to be released in theaters in the United States and Canada on 11/4 has started.

However, prior to its release in North America, Animation is Film today announced that it will host a world premiere of the film's English-dubbed in Los Angeles on Saturday, 10 May 22.

The One-piece movie Red has not been short of a phenomenon since it hit theaters on 8/6 in Japan. The film has topped the box office every week since its release, and as reported by Crunchyroll, the film is currently the 6th highest-earning anime film in Japan and the 11th highest-grossing of all films.

During 9 weeks in cinemas, One Piece earned 16.2 billion yen (1116.24 million), and another 1.1 billion yen (り760 million) in sales to make Harry Potter and the Secret Room the best box office ever.

One Piece Film Red official synopsis reads:

Uta - the most beloved singer in the world whose voice is described as "otherworldly" - is famous for hiding her identity when performing. Now, for the first time, she reveals herself to the world at a live concert. While the Navy was watching, the venue was full of excited pirates and fans who were waiting for the voices that the world had been waiting for, such as the straw hat led by Luffy. The story begins with the shocking revelation that she is the daughter of the enigmatic Shanks.

One-piece creator Eiichiro Oda is the executive producer of Goro Taniguchi's one-piece movie "Red" (One-Piece defeats him). Pirate ganzak.Written by Tsutomu Kuroiwa (One Piece Film: Gold).

Crunchyroll, who is in charge of the distribution, also announced an English-language voice cast for the film, in which popular youtuber AmaLee performs a song dialogue and Japanese singer Ado performs a song. The movie will be available in both subtitles and dubbing.
