Animation features are now thriving at the global box office, and each of the Super Mario Bros. movies, Sparrow, and the First Slam Dunk have notched significant box office records over the past weekend.

The Super Mario Bros. movie, directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic, pulled in an estimated pulling58.2 million dollars over the frame, with an animated machine total at the domestic box office, the universally distributed pic grossed 4 billion dollars in the country of 3430 million.
