Netflix announced the new Spongebob movie "Saving Bikini Bottom: Sand Cheeks Movie" and the sibling comedy "In Your Dreams".

Netflix Animation today shared details about the 2023-2024 9 animated films that will debut on Streamers.

Key highlights include the previously announced 2024 animation feature, Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie and In Your Dreams. The former is the latest Spongebob title, directed by Liza Johnson (our last, a series of unfortunate events), and the latter is the original film directed by Alex Wu (Go. Go, Cory Carson) and Eric Benson (writer, Good Dinosaur) co-directed.

With the release of 2 9 animated films over the next 1 year, Netflix has further strengthened its position as one of the most important producers and distributors of feature animation. All this follows the company winning its first animated feature Oscar at Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio and Australian indie animation studio
