Just as "Mutant Mayhem" hit US theaters, movie artists have shared some incredible BTS artwork.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem will be released in theaters this weekend, with many of the artists who contributed to the film sharing their work on social media.

The film, directed by Jeff Lowe, animated by Mikros Animation and Cinesite Vancouver, has been a huge hit to critics and early audiences and looks like a true summer blockbuster after an impressive first day. Nickelodeon and Paramount are taking a hands-off approach towards artists posting their work on social media, so we're doubly excited, giving us a great look behind the scenes.

We've collected a bunch of social media posts here, but we recommend adding more to the comments section at the bottom of the article. For embedded Instagram posts, do not forget to click on the gallery.

Art director Tiffany Ram Almac shared on Instagram versions of some of the film's most famous scenes.

Character designer Justin Runfola has shared some posts of work he has done in the movie, and it's worth seeing his entire timeline.

Turtle turn time. I learned a lot from drawing in MM. Yashar & @LaurenAirriess gave the best notes, it's really great when you can be inspired by notes. Rough out of all the brothers did not take many versions, he was clunky and super organic, so it was a pure pleasure to work on. pic.twitter.com/FO2HZCX8AD
