Makoto Shinkai-S-Suzume- will be available on Crunchyroll starting this Thursday.

Makoto Shinkai's Sparrow will start streaming on Crunchyroll this Thursday, 11-16, in all regions where streamers exist, except Asia and France.

Suzume's streaming arrival includes an upcoming pop-up installation dedicated to Shinkai's career and film by Sony-owned anime distributor Crunchyroll, the exhibition will be held at the Academy Museum on 11/19 and Shinkai will be present.

Suzume was an overwhelming success, grossing332,330 million at the global box office, making it the 4th highest-grossing animated film in history.

But box office recognition alone is not enough for a movie to win an award Season Love. Crunchyroll has proven to be a distribution powerhouse since it was acquired by Sony in 2021, but Suzume is the first major Tess of the company's ability to raise the film to major award recognition.
