AMC Network acquires anime licensor Squadron Tokyuja "Filmworks, Streamer Hi Dive

AMC Networks has announced the purchase of Houston, Texas-based Sentai Holdings, parent company of anime licensor Sentai Filmworks. The acquisition comes amid great change in the U.S. anime market.
